The AutoLoad System is a fully automated bulk-loading solution designed to eliminate manual load alignment, reduce cycle times, and improve operator safety. Built around a robust PLC-driven control architecture, it synchronizes conveyors, sensors, actuators, and alignment mechanisms to ensure every load follows a uniform path.
The system includes a smart supervisory interface for operators, live load monitoring, fault detection, and automated sequence recovery. With integrated safety sensors and industrial-grade interlocks, the system ensures safe and predictable operation even in demanding factory environments.
The AutoLoad prototype is currently undergoing pilot testing at Magama Cements, demonstrating significant improvements in consistency and measurable reductions in load preparation times.
The AutoLoad in-field pilot shows a 40% reduction in load cycle time, improved operator safety and consistent load alignment. Full deployment is currently in progress.
